These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 444cb platform, including the website available at https://444cb.app, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, features, and content offered by 444cb (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

The Platform is owned and operated by 444cb, a company incorporated and licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 444cb and confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. 444cb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Access to and use of the 444cb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 444cb operates a strict 21+ policy. Registration by or on behalf of individuals under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• One Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 444cb account. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 444cb or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 444cb or any associated company, game provider, or affiliate partner.

To access the full range of 444cb Services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a Pakistani payment method in your own name.

Identity Verification (KYC): 444cb is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any security PIN. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 444cb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or real-money activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified to the account holder. 444cb will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any fee is applied.

• You must notify 444cb immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• 444cb reserves the right to close any account where false registration information is detected.
• Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register.

444cb operates a PKR-denominated wallet system. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are for the purpose of funding gaming activity on the 444cb Platform only. 444cb does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 444cb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform FAQ.

Currency & Fees: 444cb does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions via the listed payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 444cb accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion is not applicable as all accounts operate in PKR.

444cb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are published within each bonus offer. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of staked amounts; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• 444cb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on the 444cb Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sports market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game or market.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket betting covering PSL and international fixtures, are governed by 444cb's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. Bets placed on live in-play markets are final once accepted by the 444cb system. Any discrepancy between the odds displayed and the market rate at the time of bet placement will be resolved in accordance with the Sports Betting Rules.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the 444cb Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and RNG table games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective providers. 444cb does not control individual game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generators.

Bet Voidance: 444cb reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (i) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (ii) the event to which the bet relates was abandoned or the result was determined by circumstances outside the normal conduct of play; or (iii) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444cb Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 444cb or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets, including matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform for the purpose of layering, placement, or integration of funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account on behalf of, or for use by, any person under the age of 21.
• Account Sharing: Sharing access credentials or allowing any third party to use your 444cb account.

444cb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, which all registered players may access at any time through their account dashboard.

Available Tools: Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account restrictions), and full self-exclusion. Deposit limits and loss limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour delay before taking effect.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude from the 444cb Platform, you may do so via your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected. During a self-exclusion period, 444cb will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform. You must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account.

444cb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, payment method details, transaction history, betting records, and device and usage data. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, personalised marketing (where consented to), and platform improvement.

All content on the 444cb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 444cb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 444cb.

The 444cb name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of 444cb. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444cb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

444cb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability. 444cb shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, including losses of anticipated winnings or bonuses during periods of downtime.

In any event, 444cb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 444cb account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (i) these Terms have been breached; (ii) fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been detected or reasonably suspected; (iii) the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (iv) closure is required by a regulatory or legal obligation.

You may close your 444cb account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not already completed.

Where an account is closed by 444cb due to a breach of these Terms, 444cb reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or prohibited conduct, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444cb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 444cb's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Process: To raise a formal dispute, contact 444cb's support team via live chat within your account dashboard. All complaints are logged and acknowledged within 24 hours. 444cb aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Complex disputes involving significant sums may take longer and will be managed by senior compliance staff.

Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 444cb's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from 444cb support.

444cb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 444cb will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, 444cb may also notify registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
